All right, thanks for the introduction everyone. I'm super happy and excited to be here. My name is Ryan Olan. I am a software engineer on the consumer identity team at Uber and I've been working on deploying pass keys for the past couple of years. When I saw that one of the themes of the conference this year was Tales from the Trenches, it was very validating to me because it has just been really hard to be honest. Um, it wasn't until the last couple of months that we really saw pass key adoption start to reach a point where the promises were being delivered where we were seeing our overall login success rate, SMS cost, and fraud start to actually be improved.
